Returns
- Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Certain items such as intimate wear, final sale products, gift cards, and personalized items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- To request an exchange, please contact our support team.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as EC Styles is not responsible for lost return packages.
